Catch London.

This line is new to the US and is designed by Tom Davies, the man responsible for every frame seen in "Cruela" with Emma Stone as well as "Matrix Ressurections." And while the Catch London line is not as overstated as the eyewear seen onscreen, it does retain some unique and magical qualities including materials that change color or glow in UV light.

All Catch London frames are hand-made in London and are of the highest quality.

In Focus Eye Center got a brand new logo.

Locally owned and operated, In Focus Eye Center has been proudly serving Atlanta since 2009.

Congrats to the In Focus Eye Center Tough Mudder team!

This past weekend In Focus Eye Center formed a team to participate in the 15K Tough Mudder event in Fairburn, GA. Anti-reflection offers many benefits for your eyes and glasses. Ultimately, anti-reflection or AR is a type of optical coating that is placed on the surface of eyeglass lenses to reduce reflection on the front and back of the lenses.

A good quality anti-reflective coating such as Crizal Easy or the even more durable Alize can reduce almost all light reflections on a pair of eyeglasses. With almost all the reflections gone, it allows for more light to pass through the lenses to optimize visual perception with fewer distractions, offering better overall improved vision. Anti-reflection also comes in handy at night to cut down on glare from bright car headlights and can potentially sharpen your vision while driving.

When compared to regular lenses with no anti-reflection, AR lenses provide greater comfort for the eyes during prolonged computer or phone use. AR coating can also be very beneficial when used on high-index lenses because high index generally reflects more light than regular plastic lenses. Our premium AR coating, Sapphire 360, includes a hydrophobic surface treatment that repels water, preventing the formation of water spots and fingerprints on the lenses. Premium AR also seals the anti-reflective layers in order to make the lenses easier to clean as well.

Lastly, anti-reflection is known for its cosmetic perks. You will look better wearing glasses with anti-reflective coating because people won’t see nearly as much light reflection as they would with standard lenses. AR coating also increases the visibility of your eyes and facial expressions.

Anti- Reflection and it’s Perks: March 31, 2022 By: Emily Herman
